According to the French decree of May 3rd 2002, S.O.S. ATTENTATS is a charitable organization which is authorized to receive donations and legacies under the conditions of sections 200 and 238 of the General Tax Code. In other words donors are entitled to similar tax benefits such as those which apply to associations officially acknowledged to serve public purposes.

For individuals : your donation is tax deductible up to 66%, within a limit of 20% of your income. You can also spread out the excess over the following 5 years.
For example : a donation of 50€ will in fact only cost you 17€, likewise a donation of 100 € will only cost you 34 €.

For companies : your donation is deductible from your profit, within a limit of 3.25‰ of your gross turnover before tax.
